Traveling on the Nanaimo Parkway?

Take Exit 18 east [aka: Jingle Pot/Third Street connector]
and continue along this road, it will enventually turn into Fitzwilliam Street.  Once you hit the railroad tracks then you have reached the Old City Quarter shopping district.
