We wish to offer our customers the opportunity to purchase some of our wonderful products that we carry in our store.  We do not have an online shopping cart but welcome telephone orders!  Please feel free to call us

How to place your order:

1. Call our store at 250-754-3933, during our store business hours. 
   This will provide the best service, if you can't visit our store in person. 
   We might even have items you want that are not listed on our website :)
    

2. Visit our store and shop in person! 
   You will discover many other items not featured on our website!
    

You can email us your requests or questions.  
We strive to reply to emails within 48 hours Monday-Friday.  If you require immediate assistance, including weekends, please call our store during our business hours :)

Payments accepted:

• All payments are in Canadian funds.

• We accept Master Card & Visa (debit card in store only)

Sales Taxes:
Taxes will be added to sales accordingly.

We ship to Canada & United States

• We use Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service where available.

• Shipping charges will be added on to your order
   

• In stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days from completion of order.

• Orders shipped to the USA, additional duty and customs fees are the receiver's responsibility.

Stock availability:

• In the event the item(s) you order are out of stock, we will inform you and give you an estimated* time of arrival. 
  *This might not include unexpected delays due to the manufacturer's/wholesaler's availability.  

Customers who email "requests", it will not be placed as an order until we call you to confirm and take payment by telephone.

Errors:

Errors in shipments of good, as not stated in your order, will be returned at our expense.  We double check all our orders prior to shipment to ensure that your order is correct.

Cancellations & Changes: 

Any cancellations or changes, must be made by phone by talking with one of our sales staff..  We can only cancel/change orders that were placed on the same day and before our store closes.
