LIFETIME WARRANTY [through Baby Sherpa]
If the product proves defective during normal use, Baby Sherpa will replace or repair it
(at our discretion; free of charge). Damage due to improper use, accidents,
normal wear and tear, and negligence are not covered by this warranty. Please
note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Baby
Sherpa's
customer service department and that these returns should be sent to them prepaid.
